Classes include the prestigious training from CCIM (Commercial Real Estate Institute for Financial Analysis),  NBI (National Business Institute), and the NAR.  She has also taken courses in Taxation, fair housing, professional standards, loan fraud, FHA loans,  investment analysis, legal aspects of Real Estate and business development among many others.

Terri's Licenses and Education include a B.S.Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education. (She was a teacher in a private School for grades 7-12, for A.D.D. students.) She has also held Professional licenses as a P.I. Private Detective and an Insurance Adjustor for over 8 years and has trained others in the field. Terri has also been a Real Estate Investor for over 14 years and owns her own Real Estate Investment company. (Wasatch Front Properties L.L.C.)  She can train you in the processes of building your own portfolio.  

She relocated to Utah from Minnesota in 1976 to ski on the 'Greatest Snow on Earth,' and to attend the University of Utah.

She is on The Board for Cottonwood HIlls Association and HUGS for T.UG. and has been on Council for both Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and ViaDeChristo as Prayer Elder and Spiritual Director. She has taught many College Bible Study groups, a woman's study, and her husband and her lead a Marriage Couples Study and an engagement study.  Terri has been married for 30 years and have two adult children, ages 25 and 27. 

Terri's Team: Terri has hired a Short Sale negotiator who has been working short sales for over 16 years, and she also has a part time assistant who has been working with Terri for over 4 years, who is a student at the U of U. She works with lawyers to facilitate seller financing options, and lenders who have integrity and always quick to respond to her clients! Her hobbies include: skiing, scuba diving, traveling and working/investing her time with teenagers.
