The purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude for the excellent service that Terri Fitz provided ins selling my house.

Terri's service went above and beyond the call, so to speak. Some weather related damage occurred to my house during the selling period. I was living out of state at the time and was not available to attend to the repair process. Terri handled the repair process from obtaining bids for the repair work to seeing the work completed.

The professional manner in which Terri performed all aspects of her services was exemplary. She sold my house in the time frame that she had perdicted it would sell.
